We process and ship orders promptly upon receiving 50% advance payment. Deliveries within Karachi are usually completed on the same or next working day. For orders outside Karachi, delivery may take 1–2 working days, depending on the courier service and destination. Customers will receive a tracking ID once the order is dispatched, allowing them to monitor the delivery status. Please note that customized label rolls, which are tailored specifically to individual requirements, may require additional production time and are not subject to the standard delivery timeline.
If a product needs to be returned due to damage, incorrect delivery, or any valid reason, the return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect. All return requests must be approved by our team before any product is returned.
