Refunds will not be accepted for products that are damaged after delivery. Customers are required to provide valid proof, such as photos or videos, along with a clear reason for the refund request. All claims will be carefully reviewed by our team. If approved, the refund will be processed within a standard timeframe. We reserve the right to decline any refund that does not meet these conditions.
